Orders placed will be shipped Monday-Friday orders are not shipped on weekends unless it’s a a Holiday.
*PROCESSING TIME *
It would take 1 to 3 business days to process orders. Once your order(s) is ready for shipment, we ship your items immediately and provide you with tracking a number.
*SHIPPING TIME*
Shipping time would depend 100% on the shipping carrier. 
Keep in mind that during holidays shipping would take longer. We would not be responsible for any shipping delays as this is not in our control.

We cannot ship internationally to a postal box or mailing center. A physical address is required. CUSTOM FEES may apply. Some countries put a tax on orders that come in from other countries. This is a fee that you, the buyer, are responsible for. It is vital to research or have an understanding on the custom fees where you live. Some places require you to pay the fee before you are able to pick up your packages. Also when the package is being held in customs it may take an additional 1-5 days for them to inspect the package. 
LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES
* We are NOT responsible for any lost or stolen packages. You will not receive a refund for lost/stolen packages. Your order will not be replaced. 
* All Packages come with a Tracking number. USPS are great at updating their customers on the status of their packages, so ensure you take full advantage of that
* If you will not be home on the expected arrival date/time, you can request to have your package held at your local USPS post office via WWW.USPS.COM
